Dear Beloved PSRA patient,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you of some exciting news and a significant change coming to our medical practice. After careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to give up practice ownership of Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates (PSRA) effective October 31, 2024.
Beginning 11/1/2024, PSRA will merge with Elite Spine & Pain Center, helmed by Dr. Jason Litt. My team and I will continue to work with the Elite team, alongside my new partner, Dr. Litt, and will provide pain management treatments close by in a brand-new office located in the Eugene B. Casey building at 800 South Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg. We understand the importance of continuity in healthcare and want to ensure a smooth transition for you to continue your care with us at this new, combined practice.
Please know that this decision has not been made lightly, and it is driven by a combination of personal and professional factors. I genuinely believe that relieving myself from the burdens of practice ownership will allow me to serve you better, while ensuring that my own physical and mental well-being remain a top priority. I am doing this for myself, my family, and my patients. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the relationships we have built over the years at PSRA. It has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of your healthcare journey, and I am grateful for the trust and partnership we have shared.
It is my sincere hope that we can continue our partnership for many years to come under the Elite Spine & Pain team. My goal is to create a similar, stellar patient experience for you at my new practice as you have been accustomed to all these years at PSRA. Rest assured, your medical records will be securely maintained and will be available for upload to the Elite EMR system upon request.
